Mom's Day Card

This is a Word Book I made for my friend's Daughter to give to my friend for mom's day.. LOL I hope she likes it.. Kinda stuck on the saying but will wait and see what the daughter wants.. I also made a couple of Grad word books and will post those later.

Graduation Annoucement!

I helped my niece come up with a graduation Annoucement.. We worked all day Saturday and this is what we came up with.

Well I got 3 orders of stamps in today.. What a Happy Day it is to be me.. The only hickup is that my Whiff of Joy order was damaged and missing 2 stamps.. So I have emailed them with pics.. It was torn open and was put in one of those nice we care USPS bags.. Yeah if you care so much where are my other stamps..

A weekend full of Cards

I got to play around a bit this weekend.. Made a bunch of card bases.. Then put together a few cards using the Dustin Pike graphics I bought.. I love his art work.. So cheery..

I love Dustin Pike Graphics..! thanks to reading my friend's Gabby's site I ran across his web site again and boy and I happy. His graphics are so perfect for making cards for my chemo buddy.. Dustin sells digi images on Esty. He also has a membership where you can get his past graphics.. I have spent most of the day going through all the graphics I just purchase.. I threw this card together real fast cuz I just wanted to get one done.. So since it's for my out of this world Chemo buddy.. it will be off to it's new home tomorrow..

Easter and Knight card

I got to craft a bit yesterday and finished one up today.. I tried out the hidden message card that was posted on a blog I follow.. I didn't do a message I did a hidden object card..

I love this little knight for High Hopes Stamps.. He is so regal.. the castle is form Darcie's. I am not very good at what is what or where I got what from where.. I like to grab a bit of this or that and just go with it..

Had a nice quiet morning so was able to get out a few cards for my Chemo buddy.. I was in sort of a rush so didn't really get too carried away with it.. But I like the way they turned out even if they are simple

Sorry I have been MIA.. Just haven't gotten a new groove down yet.. Seems like I run out of time or don't have the energy to get to my blog.. The whole family has been sick. Ben got strep.. So we are now getting back to feeling better.. so I am going to try and get a post in once a week atleast.. Needless to say I haven't been stamping or anything..

I did get a new Chemo Buddy so since he is a boy LOL I need to make boy themed cards now. Since most of mine are girl themed..

So I hope to post some of those later..

I have missed all my friends and now I need to go and check and see what all of you have been up too.

fianl pics of the kitchen

Craig got the backsplash done this weekend.. Now just the backsplash for the rest of the kitchen.. He will probably do that while I am in NC for the week.. Won't have any little kids running around or anything.. Well until next week when I get back from my trip.. Not sure if I am going to stamp or not.. I am not bringing anything with me.. But we might play a bit..

Did I tell you the Kitchen is done..

Well just a few more things to do get the glass for the doors.. A couple of doors were sent wrong and one drawer to order but gee for the most part the kitchen is DONE! and I am one happy COOKER. LOL

The counter tops are made from recycled beer bottles.. It's the new green line that Granite transformations is carrying.. They also did my cabinets.. There are locations all over the US.. Check them out if you are in need of redoing your kitchen..

Yes my Hubby works for them.. But hey they are a great company..

Happy New Year..

Well the New Year is here.. Now my goal for this new year is to scrapbook more.. I have the space so no more excueses!!

Here are a few pics from our trip to Disneyland.. We all had a wonderful time.. Just one little problem while we were there.. On the way I hit a pole at a gas stataion in Buttonwillow, CA Yeah great fun.. I broke the back tire off so that was really a great way to start a trip.. So my car is still in Bakersfield about 6 hrs away.. I think I will just have it fixed down there.. It needs body work..
